Villa Flavio Gioia is a luxury residence situated almost directly on Positano's Spiaggia Grande beach. Once home to the local aristocracy, the present owners, the Cinque Family, financed the extensive renovation work which led to the historic building's transformation in hotel.

The hotel is situated directly opposite the Spiaggia Grande beach, and just steps away from the maze of picturesque lanes of the historic center which have made Positano one of the most celebrated towns on Italy's Amalfi Coast. Amalfi and Ravello are within easy driving distance of the residence. In the summer, boat connections are available linking Positano to Sorrento, Naples, Capri and Ischia.
