FREE SERVICES:
- Al villas: Beach reachable by lifts equipped with sunshades and deckchairs (open from 15th May to 15th October). Air conditioning or heating in every space, electricity, sat. tv in the living room and in the rooms, minibar, dvd, cd, cassettes, video-recorder, hi-fi, terrace/garden, kitchen equipment.
Terraces with table, chairs, long chairs, sunshades or awnings.
- Villa Hibiscus - 160mq.: 4 rooms 5 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette max 8 persons. Private pool with solarium and terrace 300mq., from April 26th 2008 to October 25th 2008. Linen replacement twice a week. Daily cleaning (three hours).
- Villa Hibiscus A - 125mq.: 4 rooms 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, max 8 persons. Private pool with solarium and terrace 190mq., from April 26th 2008 to October 25th 2008. Linen replacement twice a week. Daily cleaning (three hours).
- Villa Hibiscus B 75mq.: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom - max 4 persons. Terrace 35mq. Linen replacement a week. Charge for final cleaning Euro 80,00.
FEE-PAYNS SERVICES
- Villas: Parking Euro 25,00 per day. Possibility to use the restaurant and the bar of the private beach or of the adjoining hotel. Wood boat (24 m. long) for twelve persons with six cabins also for week charter and excursions. Boat F.lli Aprea Sorrento 36 with sailor. Car rental with or without driver, motorcycle, bicycles, boats and rubber boats with and without driver. Excursions and transfers.
- Villa: Breakfast and restaurant service. Daily linen replacement on request.
- Final cleaning of the kitchen, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Euro 50,00.
BOOKING CONDITIONS Seven day stay
- Villa Hibiscus and Hibiscus A: Deposit of Euro 2.500,00 upon confirmation. Balance within 60 days before the arrival date. Caution deposit of Euro 500,00 upon arrival.
- Villa Hibiscus B: Deposit of Euro 750,00 upon confirmation. Balance within 60 days before the arrival date. Caution deposit of Euro 300,00 upon arrival.
Pet not allowed. The deposit for the cleaning costs are refundable in case of a cancellation made 40 days before the arrival date.
