The Covo dei Saraceni restaurant has a jaw-dropping view, but even that isn't enough to distract from the parade of dishes coming out of their gourmet kitchen. Made with the best ingredients from the Amalfi Coast and presented with care, accompanied by a bottle of wine from their large cellar. The hotel also boasts a poolside cafe for a light lunch or dinner al fresco, or La Brasserie on the beach for a quick bite of Positano's best pizza in between dips in the sea.

Incredible Experience

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Covo dei Saraceni. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of service never missed a beat. The location is hard to beat, right on the sea in the heart of Positano, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. A huge thank you to Lisa in Guest Relations and the entire Covo team. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always happy to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service matches the beauty of the location, but Covo absolutely delivers on both. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend it without hesitation. We can’t wait to come back!

A really lovely family-owned hotel where the staff do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The location is right by the beach and ferries. It was a little crowded at times but if you want to be in the thick of things, it's great. Room was lovely, view was perfect.

My wife and I spent a week at Covo dei Saracini. This was my first trip to the region. The accommodations were excellent. The hotel and our room was immaculate and spacious. The concierge team was helpful in providing advice and in helping arrange activities. The staff overall were professional and pleasant. The three restaurants associated with the hotel were great and easy to book both online and generally had good availability on any given day from my observations. The restaurant associated with the pool was great to have on a particularly hot day that we spent largely at the hotel. The accommodations for breakfast were more extensive than I originally understood from the description online. Separately, it was also convenient and enjoyable to have a cocktail bar on the ground floor of the hotel to visit in the evening after our daily activities. The hotel’s proximity to the ferry system and beaches made it easy to visit the local beach, to take a boat tour, or to travel to nearby regions. I never felt like the number of guests limited anything we wanted to do at the hotel. There is no question I would return here in the future if our travels in the future brought us back to Positano. Highly recommend.
