The legendary dish, however, is the spaghetti alla Nerano, courgettes, basil and parmesan blended with Provolone del Monaco cheese, an absolute must. The cellar offers a selection of DOC wines, including white Capri, Costa d'Amalfi and Penisola Sorrentina, DOCG Fiano and Greco, DOC Falanghina and DOC Aglianico.

One of the most beautiful corners of the Certosa is the terrace with its enchanting view over the bay, where the mild climate gives guests the feeling that it is always summer.
