Collina Positano Bakery

This is a nice place for some light cafe and pastries as well as a few other items including a nice selection of gelato. Staff are very nice and friendly. Gelato is quite good. I had coffee and my wife rated the pistachio as a 10 out of 10. Pistachio gelato needs to be not bright green if it is, it is not traditional. Also, there should be a slight hint of chocolate after a taste sample. She said it was perfect.

Really tasty sandwiches, including veggie and vegan. Delicious pastries too.

Overpriced, even for Positano! Only good: Espresso. Sandwiches from older bread, not fresh, overflowing!

The pizza slices available for lunch are a great value - rectangular deep dish slices for about 4 or 4.50 euro each. This proved to be a great snack to hold the kids until dinner on our travel day when we arrived in Positano.
