For changes or cancellations, that's almost always the quickest route. If the provider isn't responding, we'll step in.

Ferry / hydrofoil tickets
Even if your booking started on Positano.com, ferry/hydrofoil tickets are issued and managed through the systems of Ferryhopper or Traghetti Lines, depending on the shipping company and availability.
As a result, changes, cancellations, and refunds need to go through the channel that issued your ticket.How do you know which one to contact?
Open your booking confirmation email with the voucher: you'll see a reference to either Ferryhopper or Traghetti Lines, along with the relevant booking code. If you're unsure, just write to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
If your ticket is with Ferryhopper, head to ferryhopper.com/en/my-booking and use the chat to request a change. A fee of €6 per change applies.
