Lido Azzurro

I was with my wife at Lido Azzurro on June 16 and June 20. The first time we had a great time; the food, service, and environment were excellent. The second time, however, we were more than well (I wouldn't know which term to use). The welcome is always good, and the children of "Bijou" are very kind and ready to listen to you, but in the kitchen, the father is simply GREAT. Don't miss tasting the appetizers and the scialatielli with seafood. Thank you, Rosanna and Guido.

We returned to Lido Azzurro and confirm a top-notch kitchen with refined fish dishes that highlight the quality of the ingredients. Exquisite mixed appetizer where we found the seared octopus, shrimp with arugula, and the warm seafood salad to be truly exceptional. The first courses were delicious, with a special mention for the seafood spaghetti: a spectacle. Service and staff were kind and courteous. The prices are high, but considering the quality of the venue, the ingredients used, the location, and the taste of the dishes offered, the price is worth the dinner.

The warm appetizer arrived about 3 minutes after ordering and was lukewarm and apparently not freshly prepared. The main dish, fish, was burnt.

Do not go here - too many extra charges for a mediocre meal. The reviews that say the dog is cute and the food is decent fail to mention the 6 euro per person cover charge, the 5 euro service fee - in total, 3 small pasta dishes for lunch cost 152 euros. And they would not let us take the left overs with us. Terrible. Don’t waste your money!
