In una palazzina che sembra un villino, in realtà si nasconde un ristorante ben strutturato dove mangerete dei "disegni" di piatti. La richiesta di spaghetti di Nerano non previsti dal menù, viene accontentata senza esitazioni. Non è una leggenda, sono buonissimi. Forse, servizio troppo freddo....

Meglio dirlo subito. L'esperienza vissuta in questo ristorante è stata incredibile! Il livello dell'accoglienza, il locale, la professionalità del personale di sala sono stati encomiabili. Passiamo però all'oggetto del desiderio: il cibo! Cosa dire. Il livello dei piatti proposti dallo Chef Fabrizio Mellino è veramente sublime. L'eleganza e la raffinatezza del "Fiore di Calamaro" sono indescrivibili così come la capacità di trasformare un piatto iconico come la "Linguina alla Nerano" in un equilibrata esplosione di sapori mai eccessiva. Molto elegante la presentazione iniziale dei prodotti da forno, l'assaggio di olio EVO della Costiera, le entrée proposte, i predessert ed il buonissimo soufflé al cioccolato. Da sottolineare la costante presenza in sala sia di Antonio Mellino che dello Chef Fabrizio che, nel suo giro tra i tavoli, si è sincerato che tutto fosse andato per il meglio.

Jeg og kona hadde skyhøye forventninger til dette besøket, vi har tidligere besøkt noen 1-stjerners michelin restauranter og er veldig interessert i mat. Selve restauranten ligger i en liten koselig landsby ved kysten og utsikten fra bordet vårt var helt magisk. Personalet, maten og vinen var så tilnærmet perfekt som du får det. Vinparingen var virkelig bra satt sammen og passet som hånd i hanske med maten. Stemningen opplevdes bekymringsløs og lite «stiv» samtidig som at lokalet var veldig fint og unik. Kjøkkensjefen var også ofte ut i lokalet og hilste på oss, serverte og ryddet av som vi synes er en fin filosofi, lagarbeid! Vi fikk en omvisning etter måltidet med litt historie om restauranten og tilhørende lokaler som var veldig stilfulle. ANBEFALES STERKT!!!!!
