A historic dairy on the Sorrento Peninsula, active since the early 1900s and now in its fifth generation of master cheesemakers, opens its doors to show you the ancient local art of milk processing.
During your visit at the Caseificio Starace dairy in Vico Equense you can personally try your hand at producing butter, mozzarella, and other delicious local cheeses, starting from the fine milk collected every day by the farmers of the Sorrento Peninsula.
Each experience also includes a creative demonstration by the master cheesemaker, a visit to the factory, and, above all, a tasting of the delicious dairy products produced during the live demonstration.
