I came here with my family and my husband, and I have to say that the place itself is beautiful and the price is not bad at all. They even have a boat that takes you from the port of Capri to the beach for free, which is definitely a great plus and something not to overlook. The guys who manage the umbrellas and sunbeds were genuinely kind and helpful, and because of them I would have happily come back. Unfortunately, the negative side was the attitude and the feeling of superiority we experienced from one of the waiters. You already pay €160 for four people, and then the umbrella is an additional €12. My mother sat down at the restaurant and said to the waiter, “By the way, congratulations, this is a beautiful place,” three times in a row. She was simply trying to communicate with him and compliment him while he was clearly not busy at all. He obviously heard her, but he didn’t even bother to turn around and acknowledge her. Not only that, my father was walking toward us while the same waiter was coming from the opposite direction. Instead of simply moving aside to let my father pass, he didn’t move at all and almost bumped into him with his shoulder. I’m not saying that he intentionally hurt him, nor am I saying that he should be fired. I simply think that a little humility and basic courtesy should be taught. I am Italian but I live in Los Angeles. I don’t consider myself superior to anyone, but I certainly don’t consider myself inferior to a 20-year-old who works in Capri either. Responding to customers is basic good manners. A smile is free, and unfortunately, it is truly sad that nowadays, after spending more than €200 (we also ordered food), you can’t even expect someone to make the slightest effort to be courteous. Beautiful location and a great concept, but the attitude of some of the staff really takes away from the experience.

You find yourself in a 70s-80s style environment. A family atmosphere where knowledge and friendliness prevail. Furthermore, the dishes are well-prepared and tasty, but the added value is Giuseppe who, with friendliness, kindness, and professionalism, makes everything extremely pleasant, but the greatness of this guy (it seems he turned 34 today) is that with simplicity he was a superb educator. He got six children to eat at the table with the naturalness and experience of an elderly pedagogue, sending the parents away with the disarming firmness of an elderly teacher. Hats off

beautiful location and crystal clear water with sunbeds right close to the shore, it was very scenic. unfortunately our experience was not the best though. had to go through multiple staff and was told to wait and staff just wouldn’t come back all to retrieve our pre-made reservation. our ferry was late so we arrived around 1 and we were told our reservation is cancelled because we are too late, this was not made clear at the time of booking at all. when eating in restaurant many people were shirtless and in bikinis but we were the only people told to cover up. frustratingly slow service

Wonderful water in an enchanting setting, good bar service, I recommend the sandwiches, very large and well-filled. Welcoming staff.
