Beautiful spot but moderate food

We had a reservation at 15:00 and the service was faster than anyone expected.... They picked up the dishes before we were done and pressured us incredibly to leave on the boat to prepare the store for the evening The macarons good but the meat (steak) that worse! At least the prices were good Generally, they made us anxious to eat and leave quickly I won't go again.

Disappointing experience

I ate at this restaurant. Service is not price-adjusted. Rude staff. When I asked a couple of questions about the menu, I was answered grumpily, and with unsolicited comments that were inappropriate and out of place, making me feel uncomfortable. Flat average, discreet.I would not recommend.

A heavenly place with a beautiful beach Exceptional Beach Service, as well as Restaurant Service, delicious dishes, of the highest quality and well cooked prices a bit 'high, but definitely commensurate with the place and quality highly recommend

Da Tiberio restaurant on Capri is often described as an excellence, but my experience was far from positive. My partner and I were served by an elderly but uneducated waiter, who with inappropriate and tacky comments completely ruined the atmosphere of the day, even going so far as to address her with offensive expressions. On the gastronomic level, the disappointment was just as great. The spaghetti with clams was tasteless, with a sauce thickened with flour, devoid of real sea flavor and with very few clams, badly cooked. The so-called “catch of the day”, which you would expect to be a mixture of fresh fish, turned out to be simply a grilled bream, without any particularity. The final bill of 150 euros was disproportionate to the Quality of food and Service. To make matters worse, the waiter – after paying in cash – demanded a tip by reaching out insistently and inappropriately, an attitude that is completely out of place in a restaurant that presents itself as “standard”. I came out nervous, hungry and deeply disappointed. An experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

The beach of Bagni di Tiberio is a pleasant, 10 minute stroll from Marina Grande, Capris main port and fishing district. Holidaymakers unwilling to walk can sail to the bathing establishment aboard one of the islands characteristic gozzo fishing boats which regularly depart from the small wharf close to the ticket offices of the major hydrofoil companies.
