Capri by Sea: Private Tour via a Chic Gozzo Boat

I booked with Capri Boat Service and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Due to horrible weather and rough seas, our trip was cut short, and the company admitted fault by promising me a partial refund. That sounded fair—except they never followed through. I reached out multiple times, and after initially assuring me I’d be reimbursed, they completely ghosted me. No replies, no refund, nothing. This is unprofessional and dishonest. The experience itself was already frustrating, but the lack of accountability afterwards is what really sets this company apart—in the worst possible way. If you value your time, money, and basic customer respect, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

My friends and I took a 3-hour trip, Antonio took great care of us, made sure we had fun, and he told us about all the details of Capri Island. The views were absolutely stunning, and we could stop to swim anytime we wanted to. Antonio answered all the questions, always helped us get back on the boat, and took pictures. Additionally, he spoke English very well, so communication was clear and easy. Generally, this is the experience I will never forget, it was magical and will always stay with me. I really recommend Antonio as a captain.
