Conca del Sogno

We received this recommendation multiple times and it made sense when we dined there. Accessible by boat, Conca has skippers come pick you up and bring you g you ashore for a delicious lunch of seafood and pastas. This place is known for the party Spaggio champagne drink (see videos attached). It's fun, not quite the infamous party vibe but lovely lunch with a little fun mixed in when somebody orders the famous drink. We had the homemade gnocchi with zucchini, which was off the charts good. One of the best dishes I had in Italy. The calamari and filet of fish were only ok. They did have very good balsamic. The food: 8/10 (gnocchi 10/10, other food 5 or 6) The ambiance: 9/10 (who doesn't like a nice lunch over looking a cove filled with boats) The service: 5/10 (it was good but the server would not let me tip with my credit card which was annoying and he was not shy about it. Minus him being difficult and requiring me to tip in cash it would have been a 7 or 8) Overall, this was an A. The food is good. The vibes are nice. It's a gorgeous setting and hopefully somebody orders the special drink when you go. I'd recommend this to a friend!

Such a fun unique spot on the water!! We went here for lunch on our boat tour with Barbara’s POSITANO Boat Tour and it was amazing. The food, the staff, the dancing!! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place with horrible staff. Wayyyy to expensive for the quality you are getting. We were almost ignored by the staff due to two bachelors parties happening in the middle of the restaurant, the people were obnoxious, drunk and very noisy so our peaceful lunch finished with 50 minutes long wait for our bill. Never again

We ordered tuna tartare and parmiggiana for appetizers. Special fish “better than sea bass” for main course. Who is specifically asked whether the two would be cut on the spot. It wasn’t. It would brought to the table less than 20 seconds after being ordered. The parmigiana was not even warm. It was otherwise Fred tasteless. But the worst was the fish in the crust of salt. It was very small after being showed a wide big fish, it was overcooked, tasteless, and clearly frozen despite the fact that we had specifically asked whether the fish was fresh. In reality, we were shown a fish that was fresh, but it was not served to us. When we complained about all this waiter came back with the words of the owner that apologized and took €24 out of a 350 euros bill. Neither the owner nor the chef took the time to come to the table and discuss. They clearly could be careless, which is understandable given the crowd that shows up at the restaurant. It is simply put a tourist trapped that should be taken off any recommendation list of any surrounding hotels. I sincerely hope that future tourists will read this and understand that they are many many restaurants around that should not let you spend your money in a place as corrupt as this one.
