Our hotel recommended this restaurant. We waited for a table on their terrace and I’m pleased we did. A lovely atmosphere, great service and excellent food. We both had Gemma’s special pasta, the beef was so tender it melted in your mouth. The waiter recommended the house wine, it was was ok but we would opt for something a bit nicer next time. The complimentary mini starter taster and mini desert selection were a lovely surprise as well as the limoncello shot. We didn’t really need to order desert but didn’t realise the petite ones were coming. If we are in Amalfi again we would definitely return.

From Rome, to Florence, to the Amalfi has been the best trip of our lives. Our tour boat with Sebastian to Positano from Amalfi was amazing…..God is good!

We had dinner on the terrace, with a very evocative view. Abundant raw appetizer, well-thought-out and refined, which is worth the price. Very light fried food. Genovese to try. Friendly and very professional staff. Recommended.

Over the years, we manage to return to this wonderful restaurant that has been feeding patrons for decades. We have our table on the terrace above the busy Main Street in Amalfi that makes for great people watching below. The seafood dishes are incredibly delicious and well prepared, the wait staff is always friendly and professional and it’s a bustling fun place to dine. Highly recommended when in Amalfi.
