It is rare that a dinner is a perfect experience in every respect, dinner at the ancient Casale was. Starting from the very beautiful place, panoramic and that in summer allows you to mitigate the heat and crowd of Sorrento. But this is nothing compared to the dishes we enjoyed, honest cuisine, respectful of the territory and traditions and executed with perfect hand. Do not miss the homemade cold cuts, fresh pasta and more generally let yourself be advised on off-menu dishes. Minimal but excellent quality wine list with many local producers. Finally, the staff in the room who not only makes the evening pleasant with attentive service but is also available and passionate about telling the dishes and traditions of the territory.
