Amalfi Coast Photo Tour by Vintage Fiat 500

We had a wonderful experience riding our bikes along the Sorrento coast! We enjoyed many stunning views of different places such as Mount Vesuvius and Capri. We would definitely do this tour again when we’re in Sorrento. Highly recommended!

Ever wonder would it would be like to ride among generations old villages and farms with stunning views of Gulf of Naples/Tyrrhenian Sea? Capri close enough to touch? Mt Vesuvius looming over Naples? It was a crystal clear March day. Sorrento is relatively quiet now and our expert guide Macarena led us on a spectacular ride. We stopped periodically to take in the view and also learn of the history and agriculture of the area. See what living the slow life looks like. The e-bikes were great and powered up with charge and geared efficiently to get up hills quickly. We’ve done our share of bike tours but this was the best. Our tour included a stop for a break at Il Turuziello ( https://www.instagram.com/il_turuziello?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== ). Here we saw (and tasted!) how one such local family farm produces cheeses using processes perfected through generational knowledge. You won’t want to miss tastings of their special olive oils, lemoncello, honey— all produced locally. But the gem for us was seeing how cheeses like ricotta and mozzarella are crafted locally from his own cows. You won’t taste anything like anywhere! This is the tour for you!

Ended up being solo! Macarana took me on a wonderful day of biking the Sorrento coast. We made stops along the way, especially at a Lemon grove farm. Beautiful experience I’ll never forget. Learned about the lemons 🍋 of the region and how they are grown and used in making lemon products. She shared tastes of them all! She took the time afterwards to show me stores in town selling these local products and gave me two great dinner recommendations! Thanks for your attention biking and a memory I’ll cherish forever. ❤️❤️

Bikes were excellent, the way was good and the tour with Benedetto was very nice. He had olive oil tasting, mozzarella, limoncello and cheese cake. And the best: Macarena. She was very helpful, happy and always with info and advice to us. Would certainly do it again. We also did amalfi coast with them, just perfect!
