Wonderful Bougainville in Positano

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Bougainville. The staff was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and well appointed. The luggage lift was a plus. As first time visitors to Positano we were extremely pleased with the location! I highly recommend The Bougainville and would return there again.

Staff was excellent, from the moment we checked in. They are so kind and go above and beyond. Room was comfortable and clean and had a beautiful view. Lots of choice at breakfast. We thought that this was an wxcellent location in Positano - close to everything. If we are ever lucky enough to visit Italy again and Positano, we will absolutely try to stay in this hotel again.

Hotel La Bougainville- Positano Our 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel location mid hill in Positano , outstanding staff , beautiful rooms , amazing breakfasts and the most ideal location makes this the best choice for your Positano stay. The hotel has a range of rooms all based on their view , all are decorated similar and all feature every creature comforts. Comfortable beds , soft pillows and large fluffy white towels add to the understated luxury of the hotel. Not only is the location ideal but the standout is the staff - each and every one from Salvatore and Imma on the from desk to the team in the breakfast room to the housekeeping - they are all outstanding and make the hotel what it is - a true gem . Dont hesitate to stay here but check the room location and view to get the best choice .

We had a wonderful time at your hotel. Our room was lovely and spotless, with a breath-taking view of Positano. La Bougainville is really well placed in the middle of town so that there are never too many steps and slopes to have to walk up or down! Above all, the staff were all charming and really helpful with their excellent advice. Thanks to them we took all the right decisions for our hike on the the Path of the Gods as well as to get to Positano to begin with when we took a driver from Naples to get to the hotel rather than using a public bus. We did take a public bus for fun (and out of curiosity) to go to Amalfi and back. It was a free for all and absolutely no fun! I should have listened! Apart from that, we had a thoroughly wonderful stay! Thanks so much!
