La Bussola occupies an early 20th century pasta factory, painstakingly restored and masterly converted in unique, 4 star hotel. Almost all rooms enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. La Bussola's restaurant is famous for its delicious Neapolitan cuisine, served in the hotel's elegant dining rooms or on the panoramic, sea view, terrace. The hotel's superb food and wine and romantic in and outdoor dining venues make it the perfect location for a dream wedding reception or gala dinner. For small scale business functions and conferences, La Bussola has an attractive, 100 seat meeting room.

Located on the seafront of Amalfi, overlooking the harbor, La Bussola lies within easy walking distance of the town's beautiful little beaches and picturesque historic center. The towns of Atrani and Positano are just a short car or boat ride away. Holidaymakers unwilling to stray far from the comfort of their bedroom, might easily be found soaking up the Mediterranean sun in La Bussola's fourth floor solarium or on the sea edge sundeck, situated on the rocks directly opposite the hotel. We loved our stay at hotel la bussola! the location is amazing, 5 min walk from the bus stop and the ferry terminal as well as from the main plaza with the duomo. it is on the ground level so it was a huge plus that we did not have to traverse flights of stairs to get to the doorway of the hotel. The rooms were a good size for 2 people and the tiles on the floor and in the bathroom were charming. The housekeeping kept our space very clean. Because it is right on the street, if you keep the balcony door open, you hear all of the noise from the road and the sidewalk. however, the door/window does a fantastic job of soundproofing and with every closed, you could not hear any of the noise. The included breakfast was delicious and very filling. Such great baked goods! We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner most of the nights of our stay as the food was also very delicious, came out pretty quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive and it was always a pleasure to see Flor and Andrea at breakfast and at dinner. They also have a rooftop bar with great views. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect stay from start to finish. Staff is so friendly especially in the restaurant and rooftop bar. Loved our room with beautiful view from balcony. Location is so convenient..just 5 minute walk from ferry dock. After having not so great dinner in town we ended up having dinner here multiple nights. Loved their gnocchi and sea bass. Thanks for being the best part of our Italy adventure.

What a wonderful stay we had, from arrival to departure :-) The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, beautiful and the location is perfect for relaxation in Amalfi. Close to the harbor, market and restaurants. Safe and beautiful. A definite highlight to our Italy trip.

This hotel is the perfect location. It is very clean and everything it offers is worth the money. The Breakfast is very nice, we ordered omelettes every morning and it is included in the price of your room. Some hotels charge extra for Omelettes. Rooftop is perfect , a beautiful view of all of Amalfi. This Hotel is walkable to everything, especially the Buses and ferries.which is very helpful and appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Has a Platform above the Sea with sunbeds and all you have to do is go to the desk to get beach towels. The hotel also refilled the water everyday in our room which was very nice to not have to think about getting a water bottle for the days adventure. The front desk also arranged a car for us when we checked out that left right from the hotel to where we were going. Very Very pleasant.
