Positano Art Hotel Pasitea

This trip was our first time in Italy. The attention to detail and care and guidance from the staff at art hotel was second to none, incredible. They made us feel at home, like part of the family. They gave us excellent food suggestions and really took care of us. Could not recommend higher 15/10

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Positano for our wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were greeted outside by a lovely gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, explaining the hotel and helping us get our bearings. We had a boat scheduled for the next day, and his directions to the beach were spot on and incredibly helpful. They also had a few little surprises planned for us, which made our anniversary feel extra special. After that, someone helped bring our luggage up to the room, who we later realized was also the bartender. He was incredibly kind, super funny, and gave us even more great insight into the area, which added to the warm and welcoming experience. The service throughout our stay was truly amazing. We were treated like family by everyone we encountered. Room service was impressively fast and very reasonably priced, which was a nice bonus for Positano. Our room was absolutely stunning. We had a sea view with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. Waking up to that view each day was unforgettable. At checkout, Brizio was wonderful. He made sure everything was organized, including having our car ready on time, and ensured the process was just as smooth as our arrival. The artistic decor throughout the hotel, created by one of the owners, adds so much charm and character. It really sets this place apart. We would absolutely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Positano. We can be quite picky when it comes to accommodations, and this place exceeded our expectations. It is definitely worth the price for the area.

We loved our stay! Great views, quiet spot, comfortable rooms (even a straightener in the bathroom) and great location. Stairs to the beach were close (it’s about 10 min down….lots of stairs like everywhere else in positano) and it had options for food and shopping without the crazy of nearby via Cristo Columbo. Ahmed and the team were excellent in helping make the trip easy—advice on ferries and itinerary. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Clean and excellent service!
