I Due Scugnizzi

If you want to find the best beach on the Amalfi coast, then you have to come to Due Scugnizzi at Duoglio beach. This beach has everything - not just the perfect location but also good food and prices that are reasonable. You can arrive by stairs or by boat but however you arrive, you’ll be grated like royalty by Vittorio (the beach manager) and by Claudio (the owner). The food is incredible thanks to chefs Gino and Christina. Less flashy than its neighbor on the beach, but far more original and also supportive of the local people (unlike the artisti beach next door).

As a couple we spent a fantastic day at the beautiful secluded beach. Very friendly Italian people welcomed us at 10am. Two brand new sun beds and a parasol for 50 euro on one of the loveliest beaches in Amalfi. To get there we had to take around 400 steps downwards. The great thing of this beach club is that they offer a boat trip back to Amalfi for only 4 euro per person, which means you don’t need to take the 400 steps back up again. We also loved the Italian music that was played and very friendly service with a smile. At 3pm we took the boat back to Amalfi after a great day at the beach. Grazie mille for the fantastic day!

There is a wonderful beach, when I arrived I was moved, I was with tears from so much beauty of the place, it is a lovely place

Terrible experience. The owner of the place plays the music he wants to loudly as if it were his party, and screws up the rest of the others. Bad food.
