I booked a dinner through the link on the website for 05/30/26 at 9:00 PM. Not having received a confirmation email by 05/29/2026, I called the restaurant. When I spoke to a manager, she kindly asked me to send an email directly to the hotel address, and I would be contacted by phone. The next morning, while already traveling along the Coast, I was asked to enter another link and provide my credit card as a guarantee. I tried to explain to the young lady that I did not have a computer in front of me as I was driving. I politely asked her to make the reservation verbally, but she rudely told me that such a practice is not allowed. Now I would like to understand if they thought I would run away and not go to dinner, treating me like a nobody. By the way, they also had my cell phone number, to which I answered their call. You may be a Michelin star, but you are rude and impolite, not to mention the lack of trust towards a customer. The moral of the story is that we called the restaurant La Terrazza del Professore, which reserved a table for us verbally without asking anything else. Spending an unforgettable evening. That's all, take a moment to reflect on your work.

Dessert was amazing, The Place too. The plates were good but way too small. For the price, we expected better quality and quantity, we Went to our honeymoon dinner.

Incredible setting (take the time to visit the garden but be careful to be on time = 1/4 hour late and it is a threat of 100 €!...) UNFORGETTABLE experience. The silence of this magical place immersed in the nature of a truly spectacular garden and rare botanical variety, not to mention the superb cuisine and the wine list unmatched on the Coast; finally wines out of the classic selection. A staff able to put you at ease despite the extreme refinement of the place crowns it all. I hope to return as soon as possible!
