Whenever we stay at Monastero Santa Rosa in Amalfi we make sure to dine in their Michelin restaurant. All the seafood dishes are fresh and creatively prepared and approachable. The bread, with ancient starter, is served hot as a whole loaf and you can’t just eat one loaf! The service is very accommodating and friendly and they will go out of their way to assist. The setting on their terrace is other worldly with entertaining musicians playing in the background. In short a place to dine for a beautiful evening

I have been visiting the Amalfi Coast for years, but I did not know this restaurant, which is part of a former convent converted into a resort. Excellent restaurant, as is the staff, with a super panoramic terrace that I was able to enjoy during lunch. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the number of tables is not excessive; I think it is a deliberate choice to make the environment quiet. Obviously, a reservation is mandatory. The bill paid is appropriate for the quality of the food and the value of the location.

I chose the 7 course tasting menu and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The setting alone is worth the visit. The restaurant overlooks the Amalfi Coast from a truly remarkable vantage point, and the views are second to none. If you’re lucky enough to arrive before sunset, take some time to enjoy the scenery the staff is even kind enough to allow guests to explore the hotel’s sunset terrace and other beautiful viewpoints. The service was exceptional throughout the evening. Every member of the team was attentive, professional, and made sure I was well taken care of without ever feeling intrusive. My favorite course of the night was the Tortelli, which was absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly prepared, and the rich veal and onion filling paired beautifully with the beef jus. It’s one of those dishes you’ll still be thinking about when you leave Italy. The wine list was also impressive, offering a strong selection of both local and international bottles. I especially appreciated the variety of regional wines that showcased the flavors of Campania. Located inside one of the Amalfi Coast’s legendary hotels, this restaurant delivers the complete package: stunning views & Michelin level food! 1 Star Michelin earned

Restaurant discovered by pure chance ,I found myself well ,,cozy very well cared for,clean, the kitchen is at high levels with culinary and traditional dishes, good room service always available to the customer. To get there and to do a very narrow stretch of road but it is not a bad thing since it is located in a small center in the heart ❤️ of the Abruzzo Apennines .. I highly recommend it to everyone to try ..
