Il Refettorio restaurant is aptly named, given its location within the Monastero Santa Rosa hotel, one of the most iconic hotels along the Amalfi Coast, which is housed in a 17th-century convent. Executive Chef Alfonso Crescenzo ably redefines regional culinary traditions with his unique interpretation of dishes that make a memorable impact. Al Il Refettorio l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella splendida atmosfera di Pettorano sul Gizio, uno dei borghi più suggestivi d’Abruzzo. La cucina è essenziale e raffinata: ogni piatto è preparato con attenzione, equilibrio e passione, con sapori autentici valorizzati da un tocco di ricercatezza. Porzioni giuste, presentazione elegante e gusto impeccabile. Il servizio è cordiale, attento e professionale, sempre presente senza essere invadente. Un plauso speciale a Luca, gentile e sorridente, capace di farti sentire davvero a casa. Un ristorante che merita una sosta, sia per una cena romantica che per un pranzo in famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente!

The food at this Michelin restaurant is excellent. While not unexpectedly expensive, the dishes are fresh and inventive. We especially enjoyed all of the seafood offerings and their artistic presentations. The wine list, while also expensive, is extensive leaving nothing to be desired. Staying at MSR, of course, compliments the restaurant perfectly: the ultimate in relaxation in causal yet elegant luxury.

Location eccezionale all'interno del Monastero Di Santa Rosa, posto magico e bellissimo con vista a picco sul mare strepitosa. Servizio eccellente, attento e mai invadente. Qualità del cibo TOP, a cominciare dai vari tipi di pane preparati dallo chef. Tutto basato su prodotti e tradizioni locali ovviamente rivisitati e rielaborati in chiave moderna, michelin-style, in particolare i primi, con piena tradizione e sapori campani. Da non perdere la pastiera napoletana 'scomposta'.

C’est un petit coin de paradis… La mer est à portée de main , la cuisine est parfaite, les produits sont sublimes et le Service, tout en douceur et en gentillesse… Une adresse loin de l’agitation de Positano et d’Amalfi… Un évènement a fêter, un dîner en amoureux: c’est l’endroit idéal… La carte des vins exclusivement italienne est à couper le souffle avec verres et carafes Riedel adéquates ! Bravo à toute l’équipe
