Our cooking class with ritrovo was absolutely amazing! It’s located a bit outside the town center, but they provide convenient round-trip transportation, which made everything so easy. We were welcomed by an Italian lady who was our teacher for the night — she was warm, genuine, and full of personality. She made the entire experience unforgettable! We learned how to make fresh pasta, stuffed zucchini flowers, flourless almond cookies, and fish — all paired with what felt like endless wine! At the end, we even received the recipes for everything we cooked to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and truly authentic. It ended up being one of my favorite experiences of our whole trip — highly recommend!

Waited 40 minutes for the free shuttle to pick us up and it never did. Unreliable and useless. Stick to the town unless you’re ok going hungry

We cannot say enough good things about the restaurant, the staff, the atmosphere & the excellent food! Definitely our best meal in Positano and one of our tops for our 17 day trip around Italy. They have a free shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. The owners are so very lovely. We enjoyed pre-dinner drink and an after dinner drink at their lovely bar. The bartender was top notch, he was so nice & truly made to best cocktails. We started with eggplant which was so good! Both of our dishes were excellent, mine was pasta with shrimp and my husband has Tagliatelle with bolognese, which was to die for!!! Would highly recommend this restaurant as there was also many locals and you could tell this family run restaurant was loved by all!!!

Our experience was completely chaotic but we had a blast and the food was AMAZING. We took the complimentary shuttle provided by the restaurant. The restaurant feels very comfortable and like home. A great bar area. It was dark so we couldn’t see the view. We had a reservation but weren’t seated for at least forty minutes. But, we chatted with a fun couple and the bar tender offered us free prosecco as acknowledgement of our wait. Once seated we were given a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta and stuffed zucchini flowers immediately, again as apology. The grilled octopus appetizer was incredible. My husband ordered a pasta with sausage and mushrooms - delicious. I ordered the bolognese - very flavorful. The table next to us ordered the tomahawk steak and grilled vegetables. It looked great and they said it was delicious. With drinks, our tab was 94 € - well worth it! Highly recommend that you try it! If we had been starving or looking for a luxury experience, we would not have been happy with the service. However, we were in the right mindset for this type of experience and they did everything right to make up for the issues. Most importantly, our meal was excellent.
