First full day of our 8 nights here at THE best Air BNB - Ernesto’s place overlooking this amazing view. We had late lunch after all the crowds coming over from Amalfi. Gracious hospitality- beautiful bottle of local vino blanco. -grilled veggies -jackie O’s dish minus pancetta - grazie -whole fish Excellent service. Unparalleled view. We will be back many times during our stay in this paradise.

The place will always be beautiful, but honestly, selling a spaghetti alla nerano for 26.00 euros, an appetizer consisting of 1 single plate with 2 marinated anchovies, 1 eggplant meatball, 1 croquette, 1 small slice of marinated salmon, and a handful of baby squid for 30 euros, 1 liter of wine poured from a dispenser for 16 euros, the bill comes out exorbitant for the amount of food you eat. It is just a tourist trap. In fact, zero Italians and especially zero locals. I will never return.

A bit of charm to get there by boat at night, but once you arrive you quickly understand that it is a tourist trap: minimum service, standard cuisine, and disproportionate prices.
