Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious rooms and incredible stair workouts. My only gripe is that once you leave, the staff could care less about you. I left a pair of shoes that had sentimental value because they were the last gift I got from my dad before he died. I had my friend call and text management, no response. Got home and sent emails both from my personal email and via their website--NO RESPONSE. Also no idea we could use the Excelsior shuttle. Would have been nice, but I do have to say, taking the bus from town the the hotel was an adventure.

Great Breakfast + Room

The room was big and beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing, there's a whole network of areas to sit and its all beautifully furnished. Be warned there's a lot of steps to get there down from the road and to get down to the town! We like to walk so we loved it. The breakfast was basic and generous, and its a family run business which was lovely. There was a free drink to welcome us and the location was great.

This house is suitable for Summer only We arrived just after Christmas 2024. In October I specific asked if there was sufficient heating in the house I was assured that there. The tiny a/c in the living room did not provide any heating As a result we could socialise with the other family and had to all go to our bedrooms after dinner because it was so cold. There was no washing machine I wa sprinkles photos of the spa but never received them I never saw the spa I was asked to leave my bedrooms at 8.30am so they could accomodate the new people for new years We left a night earlier because it was so cold The view was amazing but for the price we paid we were very disappointed with what was promised and what we actually got $7000 Aust for four nights was too much
