Orama is the restaurant of Hotel Conca d'Oro, on a terrace suspended above Positano's upper town with a view over the bay, and it's open to non-hotel guests. The offering is split into two experiences: the Bistrot, with authentic cuisine rooted in the Amalfi Coast's tradition, and the Fine Dining, available in the evening, more creative and contemporary, led since 2025 by a chef with a Michelin-restaurant background. Most ingredients come from the restaurant's own garden and the Mediterranean, respecting seasonality. Standout dishes include caprese ravioli, raw seafood, and paccheri with lobster. The rooftop bar, with its signature Sunset cocktail, is worth a stop on its own.
