Ristorante Glicine

During a trip to the Amalfi Coast with three friends, we walked past the Santa Caterina hotel. We were immediately impressed by this beautiful hotel. Back at our Airbnb, we googled the hotel and saw that it also had a Michelin star restaurant. We discussed it briefly and decided that we definitely wanted to eat there. Fortunately, we did, and we will never forget our evening at Glicine. The food and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful evening. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at ease. In addition, the food was delicious. We were also very impressed by the presentation of the food, such as the ‘starfish’ with the aperitif and the ‘lemon’ with the dessert. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also enchanting. We would definitely recommend it!

We were part of travel tour group of 26, so it was Ala carte menu to pick from. Starters: Risotto with Seafood sauce…. Excellent and one definitely to try; fresh mussels and clams Cow-Buffalo Mozzarella and tomato ….. the best of its kind. Mains: Grilled Entrecôte Steak ….. amazing flavors (well-seasoned), tender and of the highest quality Roast Chicken Leg…. I would award this restaurant an extra Michelin star just for the chicken. Desserts: Lemon parfait…. Excellent local dessert Catalan cream with citrus fruits and vanilla ….. basically, it is just traditional and simple vanilla crème brûlée. House wine selection was good. Service very attentive One Michelin star in 2025 (2 stars in 2024)

Unser Besuch im Michelin Stern Restaurant im Hotel Santa Caterina war definitiv eines der Highlights an der Amalfiküste ein absolutes Muss für alle Liebhaber feiner Küche! Der atemberaubende Ausblick, kombiniert mit einem stilvollen und geschmackvollen Ambiente, sorgt bereits beim Ankommen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal vom Empfang bis zum letzten Gang war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und höchst professionell. Es ist selten, dass man von einem gesamten Team so begeistert ist! Wir haben uns für das 7 Gänge Überraschungsmenü entschieden. Besonders positiv: Das Menü ist flexibel gestaltet es wird nach Vorlieben und eventuellen Allergien gefragt und entsprechend angepasst. Jeder einzelne Gang war ein geschmackliches Highlight, perfekt präsentiert und kreativ komponiert. Auch die Wein- und Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen die Auswahl ist groß und hochwertig. Insgesamt war es ein glanzvoller Abend voller eindrucksvoller kulinarischer Erlebnisse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Amalfi sind. Путешествовала одна и решила посетить ресторан при отеле Santa Caterina в Амальфи. Это был один из самых запоминающихся ужинов за всю поездку по Италии. Вид на море потрясающий, особенно на закате. Обслуживание безупречное: внимательные, ненавязчивые официанты, которые с удовольствием рассказывают о каждом блюде Пока ждала основное блюдо принесли комплимент от шефа: 4 невероятные закуски, хрустящий теплый хлеб, масло сливочное с цедрой лимона, вкуснейшее оливковое масло, grissini, taralli, tortilla. Было восхитительно и сытно. Основное блюдо - местная рыба - мне показалось не сильно впечатляющим и не доев его, я попросила счет. Официант поинтересовался, что не устроило, после чего ко мне подошел менеджер выяснять причину. У меня претензий не было совсем. Но тем не менее, счет мне снизили на 50%, к тому же принесли компенсацию в виде дегустации 5 десертов. Десерты были сложные, чрезвычайно вкусные и изысканно красивые! После похода в ресторан у меня осталось очаровательное послевкусие удивительного вечера в ресторане! Подтверждаю, что теперь я лояльный клиент и обязательно вернусь сюда с компанией! Настойчиво рекомендую к посещению этого ресторана, заслуживающего внимания гурманов и эстетов!
