Hands down the best food I've ever had. The staff were meticulous and attentive, and very, very nice, anticipating any need before I realized I had it! I had the Natural, in Color (vegetarian) tasting menu, a friend with a seafood allergy had the same but with some dishes swapped for meat from the Journey menu when they coincided, and the other 6 of us had the Journey tasting menu. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol I was delighted with the mocktails and mineral water menu. The view of Minori, even at night, is gorgeous, just like the interior of the restaurant and hotel. Absolutely amazing place for a special celebration.

We had a reservation for this restaurant, however fell ill and tested positive for Covid while travelling. I called the restaurant to explain, and there was no sympathy for our situation and they still went ahead and charged 150 € per person cancellation. I asked the hostess on the phone if they would have preferred we come to the restaurant and spread it to everyone, and she sarcastically said yes! Pretty reprehensible.

We had a fabulous evening at Rossellinis. We were guests at the hotel and fell in love with Ravello and the incredible staff and setting at the Palazzo Avino. Our evening at Rossellinis was one of the highlights of our stay. The food is truly delicious, interesting and fun to enjoy. We had wonderful conversations with the staff, especially with Antonio the manager and Luigi the sommelier. We were greatly impressed by everyone on the team and by the excellent meal prepared for us. We highly recommend and believe that anyone who visits will have a wonderful time, especially if you engage with the staff throughout the evening. Great experience!
