Rossellinis

We had a reservation for this restaurant, however fell ill and tested positive for Covid while travelling. I called the restaurant to explain, and there was no sympathy for our situation and they still went ahead and charged 150 € per person cancellation. I asked the hostess on the phone if they would have preferred we come to the restaurant and spread it to everyone, and she sarcastically said yes! Pretty reprehensible.

We had a fabulous evening at Rossellinis. We were guests at the hotel and fell in love with Ravello and the incredible staff and setting at the Palazzo Avino. Our evening at Rossellinis was one of the highlights of our stay. The food is truly delicious, interesting and fun to enjoy. We had wonderful conversations with the staff, especially with Antonio the manager and Luigi the sommelier. We were greatly impressed by everyone on the team and by the excellent meal prepared for us. We highly recommend and believe that anyone who visits will have a wonderful time, especially if you engage with the staff throughout the evening. Great experience! We’ve been coming to palazzo Avino for years and I’ve dined in Rossellini’s many times. I’ve never been disappointed, but this time, I was truly blown away. The food is incredible - this has always been the case for the 22 years I’ve been coming here… but the level of service this time really wowed me. The pre- dinner experience in the garden was fabulous.. I’ve truly never experienced anything like it. With the advantage of one of the most beautiful settings in the world, they manage to create the most mesmerising kick off to your evening imaginable. It was a special occasion for us (milestone birthday) and the staff made it a true night to remember. Spectacular food.. every bite was a burst of flavours, skilfully and carefully crafted. It’s certainly not cheap here… but it’s worth every single penny. I’ll be thinking about this meal till the next time I can come back here.
