Trattoria Da Lorenzo

Dopo avere sbagliato risotrante la sera prima che si trova nella stessa strada quasi, finalmente siamo andati in quello giusto, trattoria familiare si mangià con semplicità, piatti ben fatti e concreti, bellissima la terrazza panoramica.

Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant pensant que c'était une trattoria (restaurant populaire/familial avec des plats copieux et bon marché). Finalement les prix étaient élevés, le service assez soutenu et la carte des vins épaisse comme un bottin avec des bouteilles allant jusqu'à 2000€ ! Je ne dis pas que c'était pas bon mais rien d'extraordinaire au niveau goût et des quantités plutôt maigres. Les gens doivent savoir que ce n'est pas une trattoria mais plutôt un restaurant gastronomique. Pour exemple nous avons mangé 1 plat chacun : un plat de gnocchis (4 pièces )et une assiette de poissons frits (poisson de roche, crevettes et calmars) avec 2 tiramisu en dessert accompagnés d'une eau plate = 65€. Je veux simplement remettre les choses à leur place car je trouve cela vraiment cher pour ce que c'est sinon le cadre est sympa 😅.

We were staying locally to this restaurant so it was within walking distance for us. We didn't try it until part way through our holiday, which meant we could only dine here two nights. This was a real shame as I think we would have liked to have dined here every night. We tried many restaurants in Scala and Ravello and this was by far the best. Food, service, ambiance were all amazing and we loved every dish. The restaurant itself is traditional and pretty both inside and out & has some lovely views of the town. We sat in the outdoor area one evening having a pre drink (during a local powercut) & the staff remained professional and managed to maintain service with a smile & relaxed atmosphere, (despite lots of diners arriving). The food was amazing and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. Don't hesitate to book a table here for delicious Italian cuisine and a wonderful dining experience.

Da anni scelgo ristoranti presenti solo sulla guida Michelin. Da Lorenzo oltre alla qualità del cibo , la cantina , il servizio e l’atmosfera di sala sono rimasto estasiato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di fare questa esperienza e spero di tornarci al più presto.
