Trattoria Da Lorenzo

My husband and I were staying nearby in Minori and after some research, thought Trattoria de Lorenzo sounded like a great choice for a dinner date. When we arrived, a gentleman stepped out of the restaurant to greet us as we waited in the outdoor waiting space with another group (family of 4). He asked if we had reservations, to which we informed him that we did not. He explained that they are busy and only take reservations. We replied that we understood and began to leave. However, as we began to leave, the female in the group waiting with us explained that they didn’t have reservations either. To my surprise, they were led into the restaurant and asked if they’d like to look at a menu. I have no idea why they allowed this family in and not us, but we were shocked at the blatant favoritism. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to their treatment of us.

Da Lorenzo é una garanzia, siamo stati per la terza volta in questa trattoria e come sempre siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Il loro antipasto é superlativo e la vista non manca!

Friendly, warm. Delicious food. Amazing views. You feel like family. Excellent food, wines, and drinks. Don’t miss if you visit Amalfi or Ravello.

Dopo avere sbagliato risotrante la sera prima che si trova nella stessa strada quasi, finalmente siamo andati in quello giusto, trattoria familiare si mangià con semplicità, piatti ben fatti e concreti, bellissima la terrazza panoramica.
