Gold Cruise Positano: Boat Tour from Sorrento to Positano and Amalfi

We took Alilauro ferries from Sorrento to Positano, to Amalfi and back to Sorrento. It was a full-day tour that we had been recommended, but another time we would never like you ever use Alilauro. Uncomfortable from start to finish. Although we have pre-ordered and paid for seating tickets, there was no room to sit down due to the volume of passengers. The staff was decisively rude - yelling and commanding arbitrarily with people. Long wait in the sun to get on the boat anywhere. Absolutely not recommended - total waste of money.

Bad experience, poorly educated sailors, lack of organization, lack of humanization

Marco is our savior! Our bag was mistakenly taken off the ferry by a porter before leaving Capri. Once we were in Sorrento he realize the bag was not with us. He came back all the way to Capri and spent two hours with us looking for the bag. We eventually found it with the Porter company and he fought to get it back with us. We could not have done it without him. Thank you, Marco.!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experience ever. Boat was delayed with no updates. Forced you to stand in the sun waiting for an hour which could be avoided. Just avoid this company at all costs. The other companies are a lot better. It's the same price as the other companies but with the worst attitude, service and management.
