Gold Cruise Amalfi: Boat Tour from Sorrento to Amalfi and Positano

Booked a return from Sorrento to Capri for the day. Heading from Sorrento to Capri went smoothly. However the return journey was not great. Although we had been assigned to board at 18:05, no information appeared on the departure board for our boat. But we did ask the local marina staff and confirmed the dock number. But no staff of ALILAURO GRU.SO.N appeared and many other customers waited for the boat which never arrived. Instead a boat arrived after 18:30. By then there were twice the amount of people to board the boat. No information was given. Massive crowd to then get on board not organised by the staff. Not ideal but got back ok.

We took the tour of the Island of Capri departing from Sorrento. Rosella was our guide, very fun, kind, and attentive! She gave us the tour around the island and then we added the bus option that took us to Anacapri and Capri and back to the ferry for Sorrento. Everything was on time. The only thing I would have as an aspect to improve is that there is little time left on the island and there is a lot to see. It would be nice if the ferry left an hour or two later to take advantage of a little more time in Capri.

Worst boat company I have ever seen in my life. Poorly organized, the employees are all rude and don't explain anything properly, all the boats are late besides being horrible. I do not recommend

We had a lovely experience with Rosella! When we were visiting the island of Capri and Anacapri. She was a fantastic tour guide: knowledgeable, warm, kind, and very pleasant. She made the whole tour enjoyable and interesting, sharing wonderful stories and details that really brought the experience to life. Rosella went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and felt comfortable throughout the day. We could not have asked for a better guide! I highly recommend Rosella to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special experience.
