I would not recommend staying with Hotel Villa Gabrisa. We booked a room with them a month prior, and they charged our card a week before our trip to Italy, when we hadn't even left North America yet. The amount they charged was much more then the original amount we had agreed upon. Upon trying to cancel our reservation or change it due to weather that delayed our travel they refused to refund us our money and are now out almost 800 dollars, for one single night... The lady on the phone laughed at us when we tried to explain our case and was very rude. For anyone looking to visit positano, I recommend sole suites in sorrento.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Gabrisa and couldn’t recommend it more for anyone visiting Positano. The hotel’s prime location offers breathtaking views, with dining and drinks just steps away, and the atmosphere truly feels luxurious. From Gaida and Vita at the front desk to the housekeeping and dining staff, every detail of our experience was top-notch!

Hotel Villa Gabrisi offered excellent service, great food and the views and spectacular. This is truly a luxury boutique hotel. Giada offered exceptional concierge service and always greeting us with a smile. She offered great restaurants and was just a pleasure to deal with every day. She is a true asset to the hotel. Francesco and the entire restaurant staff was delightful. Incredible service and the restaurant is truly one of the best in Positano. We had the honeymoon suite which was beautiful and spacious.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was good . The only turn off is I paid extra for a flexible rate and they would not change my room to a smalle less expensive and I did not understand why they could not be flexible it was not good
